30-Day Return Policy – Hownd Clothing
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- Damaged clothing
We cannot accept returns for items without their original tags or labels.
How to Start a Return
Before sending any items back, please contact us so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will send out the replacement item once the returned item has been received and verified.
